3. Order Processing & Shipping

Service Area: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible products:

Standard Items: Unused, unwashed, and unaltered home and kitchen essentials, including organizers, utensils, food storage, cleaning accessories, and home decor, in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Exempt Items: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, any kitchenware, food storage containers, serving pieces, or drinkware that have been used or washed cannot be returned. Final sale and clearance items are also non-refundable.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mandorio.shop with photos of the damaged product and outer packaging to receive a replacement or full refund.

5. Restocking & Return Shipping Fees

Restocking Fees: Mandorio charges $0.00 restocking fees on all eligible returns.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns (change of mind). If the return is due to our error or an item arriving damaged, Mandorio will cover the return shipping costs.
