At Mandorio, we handle and package every with care right from our store in North Carolina. Please review the information below regarding our order cut-off time, handling time, transit time, delivery estimates, tracking, and local pickup procedures.
Shipping Locations
Mandorio currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer shipping to international destinations, including Canada, Mexico, or other countries outside the United States.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM MST (Monday – Sunday). Orders placed before 4:00 PM MST on our business days will begin processing on that same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST will begin processing on the next business day. The order cut-off time applies after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Handling / Processing Time
Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Sunday). Handling time begins after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. During this period, we verify the order, package the items, and prepare the shipment.
Transit Time
After your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, and holidays.
Total Delivery Time
Our estimated total delivery time combines handling time and transit time:
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Sunday)
Transit Time: 3–5 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days across all destinations within the United States.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Business Days & Hours
Our regular operating and processing days are Monday through Sunday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST). Orders are processed 7 days a week during normal store hours.
Shipping Charges
Our Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders. No hidden or unexpected handling fees will be added after checkout.
Free Local Pickup (Charlotte, NC)
If you are local to the Phoenix metro area, you can skip shipping fees by choosing store pickup at checkout.

Ready Time: Orders are usually packaged and ready within 2 hours during store hours.
How It Works: Select "Pick Up" at checkout, wait for your email notification confirming it is ready, and bring your order number and confirmation email to our showroom counter.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link (USPS or UPS) so you can monitor its delivery status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update tracking details.
Delivery Delays
We make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier transit delays
- Peak holiday shipping volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If your package is delayed, please check your tracking link or contact the carrier directly for updates.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Double-check your details before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@mandorio.shop.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
Our products require secure packaging, but if an item arrives broken, damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping container/packaging
We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Return policy
At Mandorio, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We strive to make our return process clear and fair. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (or local pickup) to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, resalable condition with any original tags or packaging intact.
- Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping
We charge $0.00 in restocking fees for all eligible returns. Return shipping fees depend on the reason for the return:
- Standard Returns (Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Incorrect or Damaged Orders: Mandorio will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. You may also drop off eligible returns directly at our Surprise showroom counter during regular store hours.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Our products require careful handling. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 48 hours if:
- Your item is damaged or broken
- Your item is defective
- You received the wrong item
Please email clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping container/packaging along with your order number to support@mandorio.shop so we can evaluate the situation and issue a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable & Exempt Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Used Kitchen & Dining Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, any kitchenware, pottery serving pieces, or drinkware that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
- Final Sale: Clearance items or items explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or damage is verified), we will notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement as well.
